NAEM is a 501(c) 6 not-for-profit educational association. As such, the by-laws establish the Board of Directors as the governing body. The board has oversight for the Association's operations and is responsible for setting the overall policy and strategic direction. NAEM to Offer Strategies for Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management

May 20, 2013

On July 17-18, NAEM will host its annual Compliance Excellence conference in Minneapolis to showcase best practices for strategic environmental program management, risk reduction and auditing.With regulatory requirements on the rise at all levels of government, Executive Director Carol Singer Neuvelt said corporate environment, health and safety (EHS) leaders need strategies to address this increased scrutiny. 

NAEM Announces Preliminary 2013 Forum Agenda

Today NAEM announced the preliminary agenda for the 2013 EHS Management Forum on October 23-25 in Montreal. Organized around the theme of "Bringing the Pieces Together," the agenda was designed meet the diverse professional development needs of today's corporate environment, health and safety (EHS) and sustainability leaders, according to NAEM Deputy Director Virginia Hoekenga.
