Kristen Dickey

Kristen Dickey is the Compliance Services Lead and a certified professional environmental auditor at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff. She has more than 17 years of experience with environmental and transportation compliance and management systems experience for clients of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff. Ms. Dickey conducts third-party U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) hazardous materials and compliance audits and provides related compliance support included hazmat employee training and management systems development to her clients including Superfund sites, steel mills, oil and gas operations, and a manufacturer of construction products. Kristen holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Allegheny College.

Brooke Dillon

Brooke Dillon is a senior technical manager and certified professional environmental auditor at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff. She has more than 15 years of experience with environmental and transportation compliance and merger and acquisition due diligence projects for clients across a wide variety of sectors. Ms. Dillon manages environmental and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) hazardous materials compliance audit and compliance programs for clients in the electronics, construction materials, liquid soap and detergents, and entertainment sectors, and conducts DOT hazardous materials training and education programs both internally and for the clients of WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff. She holds an MS in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
