Aaron Duff

An EHS&S professional for nearly 20 years with extensive global and site operational experience, Aaron Duff is Director of Global EHS&S Standardized Solutions for Johnson & Johnson. Duff's experience has included strategic and tactical responsibilities both at the site and enterprise level over all areas of safety, health, risk management, engineering, and management systems. He is currently an active committee member of NFPA 51b, 350, 600, 601. Within Johnson & Johnson he has been leading a global initiative to standardize Safety Culture across an organization of 120,000+ employees in 250+ operating companies at 900+ sites, including manufacturing, R&D, offices, and fleet operations. The Johnson & Johnson Safety Culture initiative is outlined in their “Safety Culture Roadmap,” which describes the company's beliefs and commitment to safety as well as tactical requirements for all operations to embed into their management systems.

Aaron is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a BS in Safety and Environmental Management. He also holds a MBA in Business Administration from Dowling College School of Business. He is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS). Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Duff held management roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, DuPont, and The Hartford.

Frank Marino

Frank Marino

Frank Marino is a Senior Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at Raytheon Co., where he works on a variety of EHS challenges including auditing, corporate social responsibility reporting, sustainability, injury prevention, OSHA VPP, installing electric vehicle charging stations, and enterprise e-waste management.

He has more than 30 years of experience in industrial EHS management, including auditing manufacturing plants in a variety of settings including computers, appliances, military hardware and aircraft.

Frank holds a master's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Mike Lloyd

Mike Lloyd

Michael Lloyd is Director for EHS & Sustainability for Huber Engineered Woods. He has worked in Europe and the US and had Global responsibilities in previous roles. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Great Britain and a Master's Degree in the US. In his current role Mike is defining the organizations roadmap to World Class EHS & S Performance that includes Sustainability Strategy, Environmental footprint reduction and a World Class Safety Culture.

NAEM to Showcase Solutions to Manage, Leverage and Master EHS&S Data

On March 5-7 NAEM will host its annual EHS&S Software and Data Management Conference to explore common data management challenges, showcase software solutions and identify opportunities to leverage analytics effectively.

The Center for Retail Compliance Announces Plans to Join NAEM at the 2017 EHS&S Management Forum
