John Nagy |
John Nagy, CPEA, is the Director of AECOM’s Global EHS Management Consulting Practice. This strategic service line covers a broad range of EHS management services, including management system development and implementation, compliance and management system auditing, regulatory compliance support, environmental due diligence, and information management systems.
John has worked with a large number of multinational companies in the development, implementation, assessment, and reengineering of EHS management systems, policies/procedures, audit programs, and compliance processes. He has over 30 years of hands-on industry, consulting, and government experience, including various technical and management positions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and WMX Technology, Inc. prior to joining ENSR, an AECOM company, in 1998. His management system and auditing work has encompassed numerous industry sectors, including electronics, manufacturing, power, chemical, transportation, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and waste management.
John is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor, a Past President of The Auditing Roundtable, and recently completed two terms as a Director for the Board of Environmental, Health and Safety Auditor Certifications.

Celia Spence
|
Celia A. Spence has served as Vice President of Environment, Health & Safety for FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation since April, 2007. Prior to that, she lead the EHS Department for Fujicolor Processing, Inc. for four years. She began her environmental management career in 1982 in the New York Power Authority’s Environmental Division, where she worked for five years managing issues in the areas of hazardous waste, oil spill prevention and wastewater permitting. She moved on to Pitney Bowes Inc. in 1987, where she managed the Environmental Affairs Department for sixteen years.
Ms. Spence has served on various professional and community boards, including the Recycled Paper Coalition 1999-2002, Keep Stamford Beautiful 1998-2003, and the National Association of Environmental Managers 2000-2003, and 2006-present. She assisted in the development of Connecticut’s Transportation Management Plan required by the Clean Air Act in the early 1990’s and served on the Advisory Committee that improved and streamlined the Connecticut Property Transfer Program in 1995.
Ms. Spence has an undergraduate degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from SUNY’s College of Environmental Science and Forestry. |

Reg Shiverek |
Since 1992, Reg Shiverick has been President of Dakota Software Corporation. Under his vision and leadership, Dakota Software has become the industry standard for auditing, corrective action, and incident management software. Mr. Shiverick was awarded the Extraordinary Service Award from The Auditing Roundtable, a professional organization dedicated to the development and professional practice of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) auditing.
Known as an industry expert on the structure and role of environmental, health and safety (EH&S) audits, Mr. Shiverick has written and made numerous presentations on the subject. Specifically, he has presented on the role of computerized EH&S audit programs at The Auditing Roundtable, the American Society for Quality Control and for the American Society of Safety Engineers.
Mr. Shiverick values his long standing interest in environmental issues and serves as a board member and Treasurer for the Student Conservation Organization, a nationwide force of high school and college-age volunteers who are committed to protecting and preserving the environment, where he is also an alumnus of the program.
He received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Bucknell University. Prior to Dakota Software, he served in executive positions with technology-based companies focusing on sales, marketing and strategic planning. |
