*NAEM requires email copy one week in advance of email deployment. NAEM does not allow the promotion of any in-person, or virtual events. Webinars can be promoted on a case to case basis, cannot conflict with NAEM’s webinar calendar and need to be pre-approved in advance. All email topics in general also need to be pre-approved in advance to ensure they do not conflict with NAEM’s brand standards, values or any other scheduled emails that may be of conflict. We do not permit sending out the same email blast twice. Email topics can be submitted at checkout. Email deployment dates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
