Glen Hodgson, Chief Economist, Canadian Conference Board. Glen Hodgson brings 25 years of experience and a specialization in international economic and financial issues to the position of Senior Vice-President and Chief Economist of The Conference Board of Canada. Mr. Hodgson is responsible for overseeing the Board's macro-economic outlook products, tourism, custom research and conferences programs. He is the Board’s chief spokesperson on economic issues, has written extensively on Canadian and international economic and financial issues, and is bilingual. He plays a central role in enhancing the Board's public policy analysis and was co-author, with Anne Park Shannon, of Mission Possible: Stellar Canadian Performance in the Global Economy.

Mr. Simon Laddychuk

Simon Laddychuk Vice President, EHS FIRST at Alcan, Inc. Mr. Laddychuk oversees the global development and deployment of EHS FIRST - Alcan’s approach to Environment Health and Safety. Mr. Laddychuk joined Alcan in 1991. During his career he has held a number of strategic and manufacturing roles, managing Alcan sites and businesses in Europe and North America. Prior to joining Alcan, Mr. Laddychuk was engaged in the Domestic Appliance manufacturing business and Aluminum Extrusion industry in the United Kingdom, undertaking a variety of engineering, manufacturing and strategy based assignments.

Mr. Jim Clemmer

Jim Clemmer, Author, Speaker, Performance Expert. For over 25 years Jim Clemmer’s practical leadership approaches have been inspiring action and achieving results. His keynote presentations and workshops/retreats, five best-selling books, columns, and newsletters have helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Jim is a popular columnist and a regular guest on radio and television programs. He is listed in half a dozen Canadian, American, and international Who’s Who directories. Jim has delivered over two thousand customized keynote presentations, workshops, and retreats, as well as consulted to and coached executive teams in hundreds of major companies, the public sector, universities, family businesses, and healthcare organizations.

Mr. Don Ritz Don Ritz, VP Safety and Health, Barrick Gold Corporation. Don Ritz is an acknowledged leader in corporate loss mitigation and risk management through the creation and implementation of environment, health and safety policies and programs.  Mr. Ritz is the Vice President, Safety and Occupational Health currently with Barrick Gold Corporation. Prior to joining Barrick Mr. Ritz was with Syncrude Canada Ltd.’s Loss Management Executive where his career spanned more than 28 years in various managerial and senior management roles.
Mr. Gene Kahn

Gene Kahn, Vice President; Global Sustainability Officer for General Mills, Inc. Gene is a pioneer in the Organic Food & Farming movement. He founded Cascadian Farm Inc. in 1971, where he built a vertically integrated farming and marketing company. He took Cascadian from its inception as a small organic farm to a major producer of branded, certified, organic products, known as Small Planet Foods. Gene led the acquisition and integration of Small Planet for General Mills from 2000 to 2003, when he assumed his current sustainability duties.
