Slate of Nominations for Board of Directors

In October 2007, the NAEM Board of Directors voted to restructure the Association's governance. The result is a smaller Board of Directors focused exclusively on the fiduciary duties of the organization as well as a newly established Board of Regents composed of representatives from corporate, non-profit and governmental sponsors of the organization.

Moving forward on the transition to the new governance structure, NAEM is electing the new Board of Directors on April 23, 2008. This election will be conducted via a slate of nominations and approved by the Board of Regents. The slate as be put together by the NAEM Governance Committee (chaired by Michael McGuire, NAEM's past president), and was finalized on March 21.
