- What is your top priority of 2024?
We are focused on adjusting processes and involving new technology to make improvements to our EHS programs and practices. The past few years have been focused on compliance with the large volume of quickly changing regulations and now we have recognized we need to make things easier and simpler to encourage use of the tools which in turn, increases our compliance but also gives us better data to use and improves our work culture. - What topics would you like to see covered by NAEM programming in 2024?
I am interested to see the Tech conference grow to include tech across more than data reporting tools. I’m also very interested in more discussion on biodiversity. - What is your favorite member benefit of NAEM (Quick Polls, Monthly Member Drop-In, Corporate Benchmarking, Webinars, Networking)?
The networking at NAEM has been incredibly useful. I’ve reached out to many members to talk through concerns or continue discussions from other events. I’ve also found the quick polls really useful to find out information and calibrate to what other companies are doing.
