Speaker Bios

Scott Crabtree, Environmental Manager; Deere & Co.
Scott Crabtree is a Regional Environmental Manager for Deere & Co. In that role, he works on a variety of environmental challenges, including compliance, EMS implementation, corporate program development and talent management in a multitude of settings. His current geographic focus includes multiple manufacturing and retail locations across the United States, as well as all Deere manufacturing locations in France, Israel and Spain.

Mr. Crabtree has more than 25 years of environmental engineering experience. Prior to his current tenure with Deere, he spent time in the public sector as a regulator as well as working in the chemical manufacturing industry.

He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Steve Clarke, Director, Environmental Protection; Waste Management
Steve Clarke is a Director of Environmental Protection Programs at Waste Management Inc., where he manages a staff of more than 20 environmental professionals in 12 Southeastern States and Puerto Rico. Recently, Mr. Clarke was assigned to lead the Environmental Protection Program's Risk Section, responsible for Waste Management's Waste Approvals Group and the company's National Laboratory Program. He is also responsible for significant environmental projects at more than 1000 facilities nationwide, including landfills, transfer stations, collection facilities, material recovery facilities, organic composting sites and recycling centers.

Mr. Clarke is part of the corporate team that develops and implements company environmental programs and policies, including a continuous improvement process to reduce and eliminate environmental, community and regulatory impacts. He has also participated on several Waste Management environmental sustainability projects that resulted in realizing more value out of the waste streams.

Mr. Clarke has more than 24 years of experience in the environmental industry, including 17 years with Waste Management and six years as a consultant with Secor and Resna Industries. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Colgate University and a Master of Science degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Southern California. He is based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Hasana Sisco, Vice President of Global SHE; NALCO/Ecolab

Hasana Sisco is Vice President of Global Safety, Health and Environment for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that provide and protect clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments. Ecolab's 40,000 employees deliver comprehensive programs and services to the food, energy, healthcare, industrial and hospitality markets in more than 160 countries.

Prior to joining Ecolab in 2011 through a merger with Nalco Holding Company, Ms. Sisco was Nalco's senior director of Global Safety, Health and Environment and Responsible Care. She spent 16 years in various leadership roles within Nalco's safety, environment and global regulatory functions and previously held positions in international marketing, export sales and research.

Prior to joining Nalco in 1987 as a research chemist, Ms. Sisco was a chemist for Stepan Company.

Ms. Sisco has a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Wheaton College and a master's degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College.
