Washington, DC, April 30, 2015 - NAEM launched the latest stage of its benchmark of the EHS and sustainability profession Wednesday with a survey to capture the behaviors and attributes that are required for professionals at each level of their career.
The association's “Career Profiles” report will build on the 2012 report on organizational design and staffing, as well as insights from the 2015 report on skills and knowledge areas by providing detailed snapshots of the professionals who are working inside of companies today.
Combining analysis from both a quantitative survey as well as interviews with more than 20 in-house practitioners at each organizational level, the final report will provide insight into the unique mix of skills, knowledge, behaviors and attributes that EHS and sustainability professionals use to be successful in their daily work.
The report will be published in the fall of 2015.
