Want to improve your employees’ safety and productivity, and help your company’s bottom line?

EHS professionals need to be aware of ergonomic challenges as the pace of operations is being driven faster than ever, especially as the workforce is aging. Unfortunately, these factors are likely to increase the rate of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) that companies experience.

Proactively managing ergonomic risk is a key to safety success. For most organizations, MSDs account for 45-65% of recordable injuries. Because the approaches used to control MSDs and their costs vary widely, Humantech has developed the Ergonomics Maturity Curve™, which illustrates the evolutionary process many companies go through as they develop sustainable success in the reduction of MSDs.

Purchase this webinar archive to:

  • Learn the four phases of the Ergonomics Maturity Curve™ and understand the methods that drive activity further up the curve
  • Understand where your company’s program lies on the curve
  • Learn how to manage ergonomics rather than manage MSDs
