Erik Mohn

Erik Mohn

Erik Mohn is the Manager, Sustainability for Schneider Electric's Energy & Sustainability Services group. Erik has supported our clients' efforts to develop global sustainability and environmental inventories, in alignment with GRI, WRI/WBCSD, and other reporting entities to maximize the recognition, progress and performance of organizations for their sustainability efforts.

Erik oversees the day to day operations of a team of sustainability consultants, focused on delivering strategic support, value creation, and innovation in the areas of energy and sustainability. This team works to develop and report greenhouse gas, water and waste inventories, implements supply chain sustainability assessments, strategies, and programs. Erik joined Schneider September 2010.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Erik worked in Corporate Sustainability for an international electric utility company as an Environmental and Climate Protection Manager in Germany, Here, he secured their listing in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) and the Carbon Disclosure Project's (CDP) CDLI rankings, as well as leading a worldwide employee awareness program. He has also previously worked for the military as an Environmental Engineer in air, storm water, and solid waste management, as well as overseeing an ISO14001 program.

Erik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.

Jessica Rush

Jessica Rush

Jessica Rush is the Sustainability Solutions Architect for Schneider Electric's Energy & Sustainability Services group. Jessica supports both the Client Development and sustainability operation teams by developing and customizing sustainability service solutions for our clients. She adds in depth credibility to the client development process by providing in-depth technical knowledge of sustainability.

Jessica is also a strategic partner with the sustainability operations team in the development of new and thought leading services and supporting the overall global team. Jessica joined Schneider in early 2015.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Jessica worked in Stakeholder Engagement at Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), a sustainability standards setter. Here, she worked with over 1200 stakeholders in corporations, market participants, and public interest and intermediaries. Before SASB, Jessica worked in various Supply Chain and Sustainability functions at large consumer products companies including Unilever, Georgia-Pacific, and Emerson. Jessica also spends summers in Haiti, delivering Tom's shoes and creating a more efficient supply chain through urban water projects.

Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Environmental and Ecological Engineering from Purdue University.

The expectation for external transparency about environment, health and safety, and sustainability (EHS&S) performance is driving more companies to the commercial software market, according to a research report released today by the National Association for Environmental Management (NAEM).
