Brianna Gianti -
Manager, Membership Services & Marketing
Work
With over 6 years experience in sales and marketing, Brianna is tasked with supporting and growing the NAEM community of EHS professionals. Her primary responsibilities include member recruitment, development of member retention programs, and fulfillment of member services. She is also responsible for developing new marketing initiatives to advance NAEM learning events and member growth. She has been with NAEM since 2006.
Background
Prior to joining NAEM, Gianti served as the Manager of Admissions at Strayer University. Brianna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from Susquehanna University in 2003 and has begun work on her graduate studies in business. |
Mike Mahanna -
Program Manager
Work
Mike’s primary responsibility is to research and develop a range of high quality executive learning programs for the Corporate EHS community. Mike also produces the NAEM’s bi-weekly E-newsletter and supports NAEM’s quarterly print Network News. He regularly recruits members to participate in events, and encourages members to contact him if they have any questions or comments about events or publications. Mike joined NAEM in May of 2008.
Background
Mike recently received his MBA from Georgetown University. Prior to that, he was the Office Manager at Health Care for the Homeless in Portland, ME, and spent two years as a member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Billings, MT and Baltimore, MD. He received a Bachelor’s in Science from Salisbury University in Maryland. |

Work
Sadaqat runs NAEM's website, designs many of the print materials used for NAEM events and, and manages the technology infrastructure. He also helps the Program Manager with event coordination and logitistics. He has been with NAEM since 2008.
Background
He recieved his BA from Université McGill in 2006. He used to work on the Hill as a staffer prior to joining NAEM.
