Deborah Briggs is the Vice President, EHS, Security and Facilities, for Polaris Industries. Polaris designs, engineers, manufactures and markets innovative, high quality off-road vehicles, including all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and the Polaris RANGER® and RZR® side-by-side vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles and on-road electric/hybrid powered vehicles. 

Deborah has led Polaris' EHS&S efforts since 2015. Prior to joining Polaris, she spent 21 years working for Cargill. She has worked across many disciplines throughout her career, including Quality Assurance, Production Supervision, Integration Management, Strategic Business Development and EHS Leadership. 

She received her B.S. from Indiana University with a double major in biology and environmental science, and her M.B.A from St. Thomas University. Deborah is board-certified in safety and certification in advanced project management.
