NAEM Womens Leadership Roundtable
Drena Howard, director of global retail environmental health and safety at The Estée Lauder Companies, shares the value she has gotten out of NAEM's Women's Leadership Roundtable over the years and why she wanted to contribute to the 2019 program.

"What struck me about my first women's leadership conference was the feeling of immediate inclusion. No matter their level or expertise, it was just an opportunity for women to share their experiences. Since then, I have just kept coming back. As a co-chair of the planning committee, I'm excited about increasing the diversity of the speakers and adding a little spunk to the program as we build upon that community of openness."

NAEM's 2019 Women's Leadership Roundtable takes place in Savannah, Ga., from June 25-27, 2019.
