Brand Your Company & Engage With Conference Attendees

All attendees will be on our virtual platform so the virtual booth is a great way for attendees to learn about your company and engage with your team. This is a great opportunity for visibility, branding and engagement. All virtual booths are a benefit of pre-existing sponsorship packages. A full list of sponsorship packages can be found here.

Virtual Booth Features
  • Virtual Booth Page:
  • Sponsors will be able to upload the below materials themselves into their virtual booth starting two weeks before the event so that anyone attending the virtual conference can learn more about their company or contact them. Below is a list of the features on the booth page plus the specs to get your materials ready in advance:
    • Company profile Image: This can be an image you’d like to use or video that people will see when they first land on your booth page
      • Image requirements: 2560x1600px (16:10 ratio) image, no larger than 1MB. This can be an image or company logo if you’d like your logo featured at the top of the page
      • Video requirements: you must have either a Youtube or Vimeo link of the video to add that to the page
    • Company Logo
      • 400x200px (2:1 ratio) image, no larger than 1 MB
    • Company description: Area for a short company description on your booth page
    • Social Media handles: You will be able to include your social media links on your booth page
    • Ad: You will be able to add one ad in your booth
      • Image requirements: The image can only direct to an external URL like your company website and the image must be 1080x1920px (9:16 ratio), no larger than 1 MB
    • Documents: You will be able to include documents you’d like to share with attendees that visit your booth
      • Paste a link (with http://) or import a file (pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, png or jpg) then add a name and short description
    • Products & Services: You'll be able to upload/display up to five products or services you offer or wish to highlight
  • Video Chat Feature:
    • Conference attendees will be able to chat with exhibitors to ask questions and learn more about a company
    • Exhibitors can video chat one-on-one with attendees through the booth to conduct meetings
  • Email:
    • Exhibitors will be able to email attendees that accept their “connection request” through their personal profiles in Swapcard. Once they make a connection they can ask attendees to visit their booth or request a meeting
  • Appointment Setting Feature:
    • Once an attendee accepts your meeting or "connection request" you can utilize this feature. Conference attendees will have the ability to set an appointment with exhibitors to learn more about a company. Attendees will have a calendar in their profiles as well if someone would like to request a meeting with them
  • Metrics:
    • Exhibitors will be able to see in the backend of their booth how many attendees bookmarked their booth. Plus, how many contacts they reached out to during the event
  • Post Impressions:
    • Those that are not able to attend the virtual event live, can view your company booth and contact exhibitors for up to two weeks after the event. So, you’ll be able to get impressions and make connections for up to two weeks after the event
