Exhibit Hall Specs & Map

Booths:
All booths are 8’x10’ feet in size and come with standard booth backgrounds and side rails. Booth backgrounds are 8’ in height and divider rails are 3’ in height. Plan your booth design to ensure sight lines so those around you are not blocked.


Exhibit Hall Set Up & Tear Down Instructions:
  • Exhibit installation begins on Monday, October 17, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Dismantling and move out begins Wednesday, October 19, 2022, from 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., All booth materials must be removed and/or consigned for shipment from the exhibit area by 5pm that night
PLAN ON REMAINING UNTIL THE SHOW OFFICIALLY CLOSES – EARLY TEARDOWN IS NOT PERMITTED.

Exhibit hall space is assigned in a first come, first serve order. For example, the first Platinum to purchase their sponsorship will receive the most prominent spot in the Platinum section of the exhibit hall, the second Platinum to purchase their sponsorship the second most prominent spot and so forth.

We will do our best to honor requests to be separated from competitors but due to the random purchasing order of sponsorships and the small exhibit hall space we are not able to honor all requests. Please email [sales at naem dot org] with any questions.
