Haley Engelberth is a Global Sustainability Manager at AGCO, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery and precision ag technology.
Since joining AGCO in 2020, she has focused on operationalizing
and embedding the sustainability program across the business. Haley enables the sustainability strategy by leading cross functional project teams and by stewarding the framework of digital tools and systems that support AGCO’s sustainability program
and ESG reporting.
Before joining AGCO, Haley worked as a Senior Sustainability Digital Services Advisor with Environmental Resources Management (ERM), the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy. She holds a MS in Ecology and Environmental
Sciences from the University of Maine and a BSES in Environmental Economics and Management from the University of Georgia.
