Nicole Wilkinson provides strategic direction and enterprise oversight of environmental health and safety management programs for CVS Health. This includes environmental and OSHA regulatory compliance, EHS management systems, behavior-based safety, emergency
response, waste minimization and sustainability initiatives. Nicole focuses on integrating and operationalizing programs in support of business operations. Nicole empowers people and creates high-performing teams and a strong compliance and safety
culture that supports over 9800 retail pharmacies, 20 Distribution Centers, 1100 Minute Clinics, 37 Specialty and Mail Order Pharmacies, 90 Infusion Pharmacies, 160 Long Term Care Pharmacies, and Aetna and CVS Health corporate facilities.
Prior to joining CVS Health, she managed environmental and safety programs for Dominion Power generation facilities in the Northeast and Midwest including the permitting and construction of air pollution control and cooling tower projects at the
Brayton Point Power Station. Nicole spent ten years of her career as a civil & environmental engineering consultant helping commercial and industrial clients with innovative solutions for site design and environmental permitting services.
Nicole is the Vice President of the NAEM Board of Directors and participates in the Governance Committee and co-chair of the Regents Experience Committee. She holds a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Roger Williams University and
a M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Rhode Island.
