Attendee Policy

In order to ensure a ratio of more in-house EHS&S professionals than sellers at the event, registrations are limited to only in-house EHS&S professionals, award nominees, Forum committee members, and sponsors of the event at this time. Attendance is not open to Affiliate Council members or vendors not sponsoring the conference. If NAEM receives a high threshold of in-house EHS&S registrations, we will open registration for Affiliate Council members to attend at that time. Here is a link to the sponsorship prospectus if you’re interested in attending as a sponsor.

*Any vendors that register under one of the categories above will be refunded and not allowed to attend even if their travel accommodations have already been booked.

COVID Policy

NAEM recommends all attendees are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you kindly not attend.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refund requests must be received in writing (e-mail) by September 8, 2023 to be considered for a refund. All refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Requests made after this date can be converted to a substitution or a credit for a future event. Cancellation of registration can be emailed to Danielle Close at [programs at naem dot org].
