Mr. Getchell is an advocate for his clients, holds an AIPG CPG, and is a licensed PG in five southeastern states. Mr. Getchell has over twenty years of professional experience dealing with contaminated site assessment projects and environmental due diligence sites. His professional experience includes phase I/II environmental site assessments to support property transactions and business acquisitions; contaminated site investigations; Brownfields redevelopment projects; remediation system construction management; risk-based corrective action closures; regulatory negotiations; and rule development and policy making. Mr. Getchell earned a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Eastern Kentucky University and completed a six-week geology field course in the southwestern U.S through Bowling Green State University. Mr. Getchell routinely presents and publishes on industry topics; and participates in regular professional development for continuing education.
