Monica Baron is a Sustainability and ESG strategist with more than 15 years of experience advising organizations on sustainability strategy, ESG data management, and the integration of sustainability considerations into business decision-making. She specializes in materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, risk and opportunity analysis, and sustainability data management. Monica has served as a subject matter expert on evolving sustainability and ESG regulatory and voluntary disclosure requirements, advising clients on leading voluntary frameworks and standards, including GRI, TCFD, ISSB (IFRS S1 and S2), CDP, EcoVadis, and regulatory requirements such as CSRD/ESRS.
