Amanda Hoff is a Manager - Change Management at United Airlines and a Prosci-certified practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in the airline industry. Drawing on her background across multiple functions and carriers, she brings both frontline understanding and strategic insight to the way she leads change.

During her tenure at Southwest Airlines, Amanda served as a founding member of the Regional Change Leadership Team, where she helped design and establish an embedded change-focused role dedicated to strengthening station-level readiness through strategic partnerships with local leadership.
