Deborah Yenser is a Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety at Comcast, leading EHS operations across Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York City, and Northern Delaware in support of the Comcast Connectivity and Platforms organization.
A results driven EHS leader, Deb was recognized as a Top 50 Women Leader of Delaware in 2025 for her impact on safety performance and culture. She has a proven track record of reducing serious injuries by challenging traditional lagging metrics and reframing potential Serious Incidents (SIFs) as early warning indicators of risk.
Deb brings a distinctive perspective to EHS through her foundation in athletic training and sports medicine, with more than a decade of experience in injury prevention, biomechanics, and rehabilitation. This clinical background shapes her human centered approach to safety, helping organizations move from injury counting to risk learning through proactive indicators and resilient safety systems.
Deb resides in northern Delaware with her wife, Orsi, and their two cats, Scrambled and Frittata. They are big foodies and love to travel.
