He has led large, geographically diverse teams to improve regulatory compliance, streamline management systems, and reduce risk while delivering significant cost savings. Jorge has held senior EHS and Operational Excellence roles at CF Industries, Dow Chemical, and Koch Industries, and is a chemical engineer by training with Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
