Katie Haszard

Katie Haszard serves as Director of Environmental & Management Systems, Lab Teams at Lincoln Industries, the largest privately held metal finishing company in North America. In this role, she supports the development and integration of environmental and management systems that promote regulatory compliance, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

With a background in business administration and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Katie brings a systems driven, business aligned perspective to the EHS&S space. While newer to the field, she is deeply engaged in expanding her technical knowledge and strengthening the foundational systems that support effective, scalable EHS&S programs.

Katie is passionate about building practical, audit ready processes, improving data integrity, and contributing to conference programming that supports EHS&S professionals navigating complex, regulated environments.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys, traveling and trying new recipes on the Blackstone.
