Abby Bassett

Abby has over 17 years of experience in EHS focused on building EHS systems from the ground up, operational excellence, establishing safety culture as a core value, and developing EHS leaders in the chemical, automotive, brewing, and aerospace industries. Abby is the head of safety excellence at CF Industries, where she has led several key initiatives: Human Performance Reliability (Behavioral Safety), Safety Leadership development, Occupational Health and Physical Demands, Start Right: Mind, Body, Balance, and sharing stories of Safety Excellence across CF and our industry.
