Bethany Johnson is an accomplished leader and professional with extensive experience in EHS, as well as program management, audit, finance, human resources and supplier management. She currently serves as the EHS Superintendent for Boeing Global Services, She leads a team of environmental engineers and workplace safety specialists responsible for ensuring environmental compliance worldwide. Her previous roles in EHS included business operations for Strategy, carbon disclosure integration and leading corporate Policy Analysis.

With a career spanning over two decades at The Boeing Company, Bethany has held various roles in different functions and business units. She holds a triple major in business, biology, and Chinese studies, a Master's degree and certificates including Sustainable Business, Environmental Law and Regulation, and Global Finance. She also holds a degree in culinary arts and maintains a Washington State Real Estate license with a NAR Green designation.

Outside of work, Bethany is a dedicated parent to her three active children and actively participates in her local PSTO board and as a grantmaker for the Boeing Employee Community Fund.
