Gregg LaBar

Gregg is President of the Dix & Eaton Operating Group, which is one of two operating groups within the Dix & Eaton enterprise. In assuming this role in July 2025, he is responsible for oversight of client service, the culture and ongoing performance of the operating group.

Gregg most recently served as the firm’s Chief Client Officer and as Senior Managing Director leading the firm’s Sustainability Communications/Investor Relations practice. He founded Dix & Eaton’s sustainability practice in 2012. A writer and editor by training, Gregg has specialized in corporate storytelling and linking messages and actions to strategy throughout his career at Dix & Eaton.

Prior to joining Dix & Eaton more than 25 years ago, Gregg covered environmental, health and safety (EHS) issues in the trade media for 10 years, and before that, was a sports editor.
