Luis Costa

Luis Costa is the Lockheed Martin Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) Senior Manager of ESH Program. In this role, Luis leads the team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of ESH Programs focusing on the continuous improvement of safety and health programs.

Luis has been with Lockheed Martin for 20 years and has had diverse experience in the development of ESH programs and support of multiple Lockheed Martin operations. Luis has worked both in the environmental and safety regulatory management fields, as well as in project management positions and as the team lead for the Corporate Internal Audit (CIA) ESH team.

Luis has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
