Mariano 'Noy' Pascual

Noy has been a safety professional for over 26 years and has worked in a number of fields including healthcare, light industrial manufacturing, paper & pulp, and the aerospace & defense industries in roles ranging from Hazmat Technician to Corporate Senior Manager. He is currently with Amentum, living his dream as the senior industrial hygienist on the COMET contract at Kennedy Space Center supporting humanity’s return to the moon and beyond.

His Human Organizational Performance path began in 2010 with General Electric, where he studied under Tony Muchara, and he's never looked back, implementing HOP concepts into each EHS program at each company along the journey.
