Meredith Lindvall earned a BS in Environmental Science and a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health both from Emory University. She has a passion for the relationship between people’s health and their environments that has led to a commitment to careers in the environment. An Atlanta native, she has worked in the health research, environmental and sustainability departments at Emory Pediatric Pulmonology, Delta Air Lines, The Home Depot and Cox Enterprises where she currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Waste, Water, Nature & Biodiversity. Meredith joined Cox in 2011 and led Cox’s recent industry leading achievement of Zero Waste to Landfill by 2024. In her current role, Meredith leads the environmental strategies to enable businesses to operationalize sustainability and drive meaning change in the larger environmental ecosystem. She currently serves on the boards Board of the Keep Georgia Beautiful Foundation and Trees Atlanta. Meredith, her husband Dan and their dogs Lilly and Leroy live in Atlanta and their favorite place to be outside in Georgia is Cloudland Canyon State Park.
