Michael Hatten

Michael Hatten is the Employee Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator for Matrix Medical Network. Matrix Medical Network is an independent, at scale, nationwide provider of in-home comprehensive health assessments. In his role, Michael leads initiatives to enhance lone worker safety and foster a proactive safety culture that engages teammates at every level of the organization.

With nine years of experience in EHS across a range of industries, including commercial and industrial construction, skilled nursing care, and home healthcare, Michael brings a broad and practical perspective to workplace safety. He is particularly passionate about building safety processes that empower front-line workers, reduce risk in decentralized work environments, and align safety performance with organizational values.

Michael resides in Mandan, North Dakota with his wife and three children.
