I am a skilled professional who focusses on successful project execution from proposal to finish. My expertise is centered on industrial clients, specifically relating to regulatory programs (RCRA, CERCLA, CWA, TSCA), including daily compliance, reporting, permitting, remediation strategy and negotiations with regulatory agencies. I have scoped and implemented site investigations and reviewed proposed remedial actions for developed and undeveloped properties. I have conducted EHS compliance audits (waste, waste, SPCC) and deep dive remediation program evaluations. I focus on developing processes for continuous compliance improvement and remedial strategies to identify sites that could be closed faster using different, innovative approaches.
