Ann Lee-Jeffs

Ann Lee-Jeffs is the president and founder of SW2 Impact, a global network advancing women’s leadership in sustainability and governance. She has led corporate sustainability and product stewardship strategies for organizations including Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Honeywell and Teva. Ann currently advises companies and investors on integrating sustainability into growth and risk management while serving on boards focused on green chemistry, education, and leadership development.
