Kim A. Barber is a safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence leader with extensive experience driving strategic programs across the utility, energy, and life sciences sectors. She currently serves as Director, Safety Management – Policies and Programs at National Grid, where she leads occupational safety strategy, governance, and data-driven performance management. Kim is also an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University’s College of Professional Studies and holds an MBA, MS and BS degrees in Chemical Engineering, PMP certification, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credentials. In addition, Kim contributes to the community through civic leadership, including service on the St. Joseph’s Health Foundation Board. Kim is married and has two kids.
