Stephanie Ortiz Watkins

Stephanie Watkins is a Senior Manager of Environmental Leases & Technology at BNSF Railway. Within the Environmental Department, she leads the Lease Inspection Program, which was implemented to minimize risk and liability associated with tenant operations on leased parcels owned by BNSF. In this role, she manages lease reviews, inspections and customer follow-up actions with the collaborative support of corporate real estate, economic development, marketing and other key stakeholders. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Stephanie also leads env technology projects to solve environmental challenges and create scalable, forward-looking solutions.
