Lance has more than 18 years of experience in the electrical utility industry, with a commitment to workplace safety that is supported by multiple certifications. Throughout his career at ATCO, Lance has held several titles ranging from field maintenance technologist to HSE Innovation & Engagement Supervisor. His expertise resides within the discipline of Electrical Engineering; in the field of high voltage utility substations and converter stations where his impact has been left on various projects and utilities throughout Alberta and across Canada.
