Amy Lawson

Amy Lawson, MBA, is a Principal with Ramboll, where she advises life sciences and other highly regulated organizations on environmental, health and safety (EHS), enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Drawing on executive leadership and consulting experience across manufacturing, research, and operational environments, she helps organizations strengthen safety culture, improve performance, and manage enterprise risk.

Prior to Ramboll, Amy held senior executive leadership roles with responsibility for enterprise EHS, security, facilities, and risk management. She has successfully built EHS organizations from the ground up, led large-scale program transformations, and developed management systems that delivered significant improvements in safety performance while supporting business growth. Amy holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from East Tennessee State University.
