Ann Johnson is Senior Director of Product Stewardship Operations at 3M in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she oversees global hazard communication, product stewardship management systems, and European product stewardship support. Her experience includes hazard communication authoring, global regulatory compliance, toxicology support, and implementation of product stewardship management systems and processes.
An active speaker and contributor in the hazard communication and regulatory affairs community, Ann has presented at SCHC, ChemCon, the International Occupational Hygiene Association, and the Society of Toxicology. She helped develop the initial body of knowledge for the AIHA SDS and Label Registry exam and recently served on the AIHA SDS and Label Authoring Registry Framework Task Force. She has also lectured on REACH and international regulatory affairs at the University of Minnesota.
Ann holds a B.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an M.S. in Environmental Health, focused in toxicology, from the University of Minnesota. Before joining 3M, she worked as a toxicologist at Imation Corporation.
