Arianna Howard

Arianna Howard is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Syncra Group, an EHS technology consulting and advisory firm. She helps EHS teams align digital tools, systems, and data with how work actually gets done. Her background combines operational EHS experience in the field with deep roots in IT and data strategy, allowing her to translate between health & safety, IT, and operations. At Syncra Group she guides organizations — from hard-tech startups to large enterprises spanning high-risk industries like manufacturing, defense & aerospace, mining, utilities & infrastructure— through digital systems transformation and AI enablement. Her approach is problem first, technology second. Arianna holds advanced degrees in EHS Management, serves as the Subject Matter Expert for the ASSP AI Standards-Based User Group, and is a US Army Reserves Captain. She is based in Denver, Colorado.
