Bob Riley

Bob Riley leads MHD's national field organization: the Service Delivery Manager, three territory managers, and every Safety Responder in the field. He joined MHD in 2021 as a Safety Responder himself, running fit tests, hearing tests, and noise surveys at client facilities, and was promoted through supervisor and Service Delivery Manager before taking on the Director seat. He personally trains and onboards every new Safety Responder at MHD headquarters and owns MHD's largest client relationships. He has trained and supported thousands of workers across hundreds of employer sites, bringing a frontline perspective to how safety operations actually scale.
