Dan Iskra is Director of Product Compliance at Lincoln Electric, where he leads global programs focused on product compliance, regulatory governance, risk management, and digital transformation across the company’s worldwide operations. With more than 25 years of experience in EHS, regulatory compliance, and sustainability, Dan has led enterprise-wide initiatives supporting manufacturing operations and supply chains across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

A recognized expert in product compliance, supply chain sustainability, and regulatory risk management, Dan specializes in developing practical compliance strategies that enable business growth while reducing risk and improving operational performance. He helps organizations navigate complex and evolving global regulations while driving operational excellence and delivering measurable business value.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Bowling Green State University and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). He resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area with his family and is passionate about helping organizations transform regulatory challenges into opportunities for innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.
