Dr. Nicole Legg is a licensed clinical psychologist, research scientist, and founder of WellIntel, where she helps organizations build psychologically healthy and safe workplaces. With a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Victoria and more than a decade of speaking experience, she is known for translating the science of mental health, resilience, and well-being into practical skills that leaders, supervisors, and frontline workers can use on the job.
Dr. Legg has delivered highly rated sessions for corporate teams, executives, government bodies, health and safety associations, schools, and health clinics across Canada. She maintains an active clinical practice providing psychological assessment and treatment, bringing real-world clinical depth to every presentation. Her current research examines the factors that shape well-being in the workplace and the impact of wellness training on those outcomes. She has received federal research fellowships and numerous awards, published in peer-reviewed journals, and co-authored chapters for Oxford and Cambridge University Press.
