Karen Auld is an Environmental, Health and Safety professional with more than 30 years of experience working both within organizations and as a consultant. In her current corporate role, Karen focuses on global EHS learning, engagement, and organizational development, helping translate complex EHS topics into meaningful learning experiences that support people and performance.
Karen is completing a Master’s in Happiness Studies at Centenary University, where her studies in positive psychology, systems thinking, and Appreciative Inquiry are informing new ways of thinking about organizational learning and EHS. She is also a speaker, facilitator, and host of The Imperfect Advocate podcast, where she explores the intersection of personal wellbeing, environmental action, and positive change.
Across her work, Karen is interested in a central question: How can we create the conditions that help people, organizations, and the planet thrive?
