Kelly Van Kovering

Kelly Van Kovering serves as the Director, Environmental Compliance at Vulcan Materials Company, a producer of construction aggregates, where she drives environmental strategy, compliance, and continuous program improvement across roughly 600 facilities in 23 states. With over 20 years at Vulcan spanning various environmental leadership roles, Kelly specializes in developing comprehensive environmental programs, fostering strong operational partnerships, and developing future environmental leaders. Prior to joining Vulcan, she worked in telecommunications and environmental consulting across diverse industries. She holds a BS in Environmental Health Sciences from Purdue University and a MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
