Leonardo Bissacot

Leonardo is a global EHS and ESG leader with more than 20 years of experience across the mining, chemical, and agricultural sectors. He holds degrees in Environmental Engineering (BSc) and Mining & Metallurgy (MSc), along with a specialization in Safety Engineering. Throughout his career, he has led environmental programs, EHS management system implementations, business integration initiatives, compliance programs, and global safety efforts across multinational operations throughout the Americas. At The Mosaic Company, he leads initiatives that strengthen the global EHS management system, support operational excellence, and enhance EHS performance.
