Matt Massimino

Matt Massimino founded MHD in 2019 with no outside capital and a map of Los Angeles businesses he had walked into one at a time. Before that he sold respirator fit testers and noise dosimeters for TSI to the same safety managers he now serves. He built MHD by questioning how the industry had always worked, moving audiometric testing out of trailers and into client conference rooms, and staffing the field with retired first responders and veterans. Today MHD serves more than 2,000 employers nationwide.
