Michael (Mick) Aeshliman

Mick Aeshliman is the Sustainability & Product Compliance Manager at Room & Board, where he leads the company’s “Better Planet” work, including GHG accounting, clean energy procurement, fleet electrification, and waste and recycling programs. With more than a decade of industry experience, he also leads Room & Board’s product compliance work, helping integrate sustainability and responsible product practices across the business. He is certified in Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG accounting through the GHG Protocol and is a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor through GBCI. Mick’s leadership in environmental performance and transparency contribute to Room & Board’s Certified B Corporation status since 2023.
