Moonie Hart (they/them) is a Product Compliance Manager at Brunswick Corporation, specializing in environmental compliance, product stewardship, and global regulatory strategy. They help organizations build scalable compliance programs by leveraging supply chain engagement, supplier data, and regulatory overlap to efficiently address evolving environmental, trade, and sustainability requirements. Drawing on experience across Brunswick, X-Rite, and Shure, Moonie has partnered with global stakeholders to transform compliance data into actionable market access strategies that support both business objectives and regulatory readiness.

They are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, further strengthening their ability to connect regulatory compliance with business strategy and organizational leadership. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Moonie also serves as President of Power Racing Series NFP, where they volunteer their time coordinating and announcing grassroots STEM-focused racing events.
